Wine Makers Dinner & Silent Auction @ Boxley's in North Bend
June 30th from 6:00 until 9:00pm Sign up on line or call Boxley's (425-292-9307) to reserve your spot today!! $100.00 per person. Includes the following:
First: Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2007 - appetizers - pulled pork on top of teriyaki sauce with cucumber/red onion relish

Second: Estate Chardonnay 2008 - mixed greens tossed in a peach brandy vinegrette, granny smith apples, toasted almonds, dried cherries, and danish bleu cheese crumbles

Third: Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 - Grilled chicken with boxley's signature apricot sauce, grilled potatoes and chefs veggies

Fourth: Estate Merlot 2007 - strawberries dipped in chocolate

Updates on the wine themed and Ugandan auction throughout the evening plus a short presentation on Uganda.
